3/17/07  Reunion 2007 Registration Materials now available.  This past week Reunion 2007 registration materials were mailed to all those alumni who were members in the last 5 years.   Other alumni from classes with active class reps should get the information by email.   You can also print out the registration package in PDF format by clicking HERE.    If you need Adobe Acrobat Reader  download it HERE.   

The Reunion 2007 will be the weekend of Friday, August 3, 2007 at the Sheraton Parsippany Hotel in Parsippany ,  New Jersey .  The hotel is at the intersection of Route 287 and Route 80, approximately 30 miles from Newark International Airport , making it relatively easy to reach from New England , any nearby states or anywhere in the New York Metropolitan Area.  

The Reunion 2007 Organizing Committee has negotiated a special rate of $95 per night double occupancy plus tax with additional occupants at $10 per night up to four per room.  Parking is free.  These rates are only a modest increase over the rates for Reunion 2003 in the Denver area.  As in the past several reunions, the largest block of rooms has been reserved for the evening of August 3, with a smaller number for August 2 and August 4th.  There are a limited number of rooms available at this rate so please make your reservations early.   

Registration fees for Reunion 2007 are slighly less than what they were in 2003.  The  Asado will be at Germania Park which is convenient to the hotel.  We also hope to host a golf tournament at a course convenient to the hotel on Thursday or Friday, if there is adequate interest among the alumni. 

The Sheraton is a beautiful hotel, on a par with previous locations.  Parsippany is in Morris County , which has convenient bus and train service to New York and many recreational facilities, including over 17,000 acres of public park lands with golf, swimming, boating and fishing facilities.

Keep checking the ACSAA website at www.acsaa.org for further Reunion 2007 updates.   As of June 12 the Sheraton Parsippany Hotel was booked solid but there are alternatives available.  Check the latest announcements for details.   The Reunion 2007 will try to accommodate all who wish to come.

must identify yourself as a member of the ACS Alumni Association. The Sheraton Parsippany Hotel has 

also created a personalized Website for the ACS ALUMNI ASSOCIATION Reunion 2007 reservations.  

 Alumni can access the site to learn more about the hotel and book, modify, or cancel a reservation from 
September 21, 2006 to July 3, 2007. Access to the site is organized by guest type and can be obtained
